1940s Lobster Playing Banjo Automaton
This charismatic lobster is handmade using papier mâché, with a small toy banjo that when plugged in he plays with his claw whilst his head rotates as to simulate his singing. Mounted on a painted round wood base decorated with moss he is a great Folk Art automaton made, circa 1940s.
